Why do we use Buck Wheat?

Buckwheat, unlike normal wheat and synthetics, is natural, durable, and does not conduct or reflect heat as much. So your PetalsNZ wheattie and neck wrap stays warmer for longer.

How long should I heat my Wheattie bag or Neck wrap in the Microwave?

Heat both wheatties and neck wraps on a trivet (or alternatively a paper towel) in a microwave for 2-3 minutes with a 1/4 glass of water.

To eliminate excess water in the product, microwave as above 4 to 5 times, and allow to cool after each heating.
Excess water usually occurs, when you initially use your product, or when not used for extended periods.

Can I heat my Neck wrap in the Microwave even though it has a metal zip?

Heating your PetalsNZ Neck wrap in the microwave is perfectly safe.
The metal zip is not exposed as it is inside a placket, and the metal portion is minuscule compared to the fabric mass.

Can I heat my Wheattie Bag in the Oven?

DO NOT heat your wheattie or neck wrap in the oven under any circumstances., as the fabric may catch fire.

What is the Petals minimum Wholesale order value?
